TERMS

Terms of Service

These terms apply to the SuperTomorrow model API gateway, Credits account, API keys, model access, and related developer services.

Last updated: 2026-06-22

Service scope

  • SuperTomorrow provides OpenAI-compatible API access for supported models through a unified interface.
  • The platform may provide API key management, model access control, Credits billing, usage logs, basic status monitoring, and developer documentation.
  • Service delivery may rely on third-party model providers, payment processors, cloud providers, and network providers.

Account and API keys

  • Users are responsible for protecting login credentials and API keys. Usage caused by leaked credentials may be charged to the account.
  • API keys can be bound to one or more models. Unbound, unavailable, or disabled models cannot be called.
  • SuperTomorrow may suspend accounts, disable API keys, or restrict model access for abuse, billing anomalies, security events, or risk control.

Credits and billing

  • Credits are the API usage unit. The default base ratio is 1 USD = 100 Credits.
  • Models are billed separately by input tokens and output tokens. Successful requests deduct Credits by actual usage.
  • Failed requests, provider failures, and platform-confirmed execution errors are not charged.
  • Model prices, available models, rate limits, and discount policies may change. Historical bills keep the price version used at the time of request.

Acceptable use

  • Users must not use the service for illegal, infringing, abusive, malicious, spam, automated attack, or regulatory circumvention purposes.
  • Users must not attempt to bypass rate limits, quota, model permissions, payment, or security controls.
  • Users are responsible for API inputs, generated outputs, and downstream usage.

Model output and third-party dependency

Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. SuperTomorrow does not guarantee that model outputs are suitable for any specific business purpose. Users should validate before production use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SuperTomorrow is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, data loss, lost profits, or third-party service failures beyond the paid service amount.
