REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

This policy applies to SuperTomorrow Credits top-ups, API usage billing, and manual recharge confirmation. Credits are used as the API usage unit. Failed requests are not charged.

Eligible refund cases

  • Unused paid Credits may be submitted for refund review within 14 days after a successful top-up.
  • Duplicate payments, abnormal payments, or confirmed incorrect credits may be submitted for review.
  • If a Stripe payment succeeds but Credits are not received, contact support first. Confirmed issues will be resolved by crediting the account or refunding as appropriate.

Non-refundable cases

  • Credits already consumed by successful API calls are not refundable.
  • Signup bonuses, promotional Credits, compensation Credits, and other non-paid Credits are not withdrawable or refundable.
  • Successful API calls caused by leaked API keys, incorrect configuration, or automated scripts are not eligible for refund.
  • Payment processor, card issuer, exchange-rate, or bank fees may not be refundable.

Order timeout and cancellation

Stripe Checkout orders have a valid payment window. Orders not paid within the displayed payment window may be marked as canceled. Users can create a new top-up order.

Refund processing

  • Refunds are usually returned to the original payment method.
  • After approval, refund settlement time depends on Stripe, banks, or card issuers.
  • If Credits were already credited and a refund is processed, the corresponding Credits will be deducted from the account. If the balance is insufficient, SuperTomorrow may pause or restrict the account until reconciliation is complete.
